Partnering

How working together actually works

This page exists because the questions below are the ones every agency asks in the first call, and answering them in advance saves everyone half an hour.

White-label by default

Not white-label as an option, or for an extra fee — as the default and the only mode. Your clients do not know we exist unless you decide to tell them. There is no Aravista badge, no attribution in a footer, no case study on this website with your logo on it.

The commercial model

Fixed fee for discovery. Fixed price per build, scoped from that discovery. Optional monthly fee if you want us to keep the thing running and improving. No revenue share, no per-seat licensing, no minimum term, and nothing that makes leaving expensive.

Confidentiality

An NDA before the first call if you want one — most partners do, and we have never objected. We do not publish client names, logos or case studies without written permission, and the default answer is no rather than ask-and-see.

What we need from you

One person who can make a decision without convening a committee. Access to the process as it actually runs rather than as it is documented. And an honest account of what is broken — we have never once been shown a workflow that was as tidy as the first description of it.

The first thirty days

Weeks one and two, we watch. Weeks three and four, you get something that works.

Discovery is observation, not workshops. Then a written recommendation, then a first build narrow enough to be finished and used rather than admired. If week four does not produce something your team actually opens, we have both got it wrong and we will say so.

Where we are not the right answer

If you want a partner to be visible, to co-brand, or to be in the room with your client, that is a legitimate thing to want and we are the wrong studio for it. If you need someone to hold a strategic opinion about AI in front of your board, also not us. We are useful when the problem is specific, internal and repetitive.
